Roast Beef - Basted in natural juices. Smothered Steak - Choice shoulder cut, covered in brown gravy. Chicken Fried Steak - Fried to perfection and served with cream gravy. Ribeye or Sirloin Steak - Tender and tasty, charcoal grilled to your specifications.
Pork: Ham - Baked country style. Pork Loin - Roasted with our secret sauce.
Poultry: Turkey - Slow baked, with gravy on the side. Chicken Breasts - Baked or grilled, with our own special sauce. Fried Chicken - Down home good. Served with cream gravy. Chicken Fried Chicken - Choice filets served with cream gravy. Chicken Fajitas - Grilled with onions and bell pepper. Served with beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, and pico de gallo.

you Cornbread Dressing - Southern style, made from a family recipe. Hot Buttered Potatoes - Seasoned with parsley. Twice Baked Potatoes - Casserole style, made with sautéed onions, sour cream, real bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. Sweet Potatoes - Baked with butter and brown sugar. Steamed Broccoli - Drizzled with homemade cheese sauce. Sweet Buttered Corn - Tender kernels cut off the cob. Mixed Veggie Medley - Broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, drizzled with homemade cheese sauce. Green Beans - Prepared with onions and bacon. Served plain or with homemade mushroom cheese sauce. Pinto Beans - Made from scratch. They are slightly spicy.
Homemade Potato Salad - Made with onions, pickles and special dressing. Homemade Cole Slaw - Cabbage and carrots, tossed with special cole slaw dressing. Green Salad - Lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and purple cabbage. Served with your choice of dressing. Marinated Summer Salad - Cabbage, carrots, broccoli, squash, cauliflower, radish, cucumber – any veggies you can eat raw – marinated in special dressing. Pasta Salad - Pasta, pickles, and onions tossed with our special dressing. Corn Salad - Corn, celery, red and green bell peppers, marinated in our secret sauce.
